SHRED TILL THE END Personal Training, LLC is a Personal Training and Nutrition Company designed to help our clients achieve their individual fitness goals! Our workouts are intense, challenging, different every session and not for the faint of heart!

My name is Karen Capezza and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My love for fitness, health and nutrition has been lifelong, which is why I am so absolutely passionate about what I do! Our goal at SHRED TILL THE END Personal Training is to design specific workouts and/or nutrition plans based upon what YOUR INDIVIDUAL goals are. We don’t provide any ‘cookie cutter’ fitness or nutrition plans here.

TEAM SHRED offers 20, 16, 14, 12 & 10 week competition packages.

Each package includes the following:
•    1hr per week of live 1 on 1 personal training (via SKYPE or in person if you are located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area)
•    Full Nutrition Plan / Carb Cycling / Coaching
•    Weekly Meeting via SKYPE
•    Competition tan for your show
•    6 – 30 minute Posing Sessions
•    Show Entry Fee (up to 2 class entry’s)
•    TEAM SHRED T-Shirt or Tank

SHRED TILL THE END Personal Training is VERY EXCITED to now be a nationwide Personal Training and Nutrition Company! If you are not local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area where we can train in person, we now offer live One on One Personal Training, One on Two Personal Training (you and a friend), and lastly Small Group Training all VIA SKYPE!!!

One on One Personal Training – Is the most effective way to tackle your individual fitness goals. These are intense yet fun training sessions where your heart rate typically stays at 65-85% of your Maximum Heart Rate, which is your ‘fat burning zone’. You will be trained by our highly qualified, skilled Certified Personal Trainer who will motivate and support you to lead a healthier lifestyle with new and challenging workouts every session!!

One on Two Personal Training – Do you prefer working out with a partner, friend, or family member? Do you get bored of training on your own and want to have a partner next to you to help motivate you, compete against, and make the whole experience more fun? No problem! Then sign up for our One on Two Training Sessions where we will discuss each of you and your partner’s fitness goals and tailor a program designed to meet each of your needs!

Small Group Training ( you and up to 7 others) – Do you have a small group of work colleagues who are looking to get in shape? Are you and your family looking to do a get fit challenge together? Are you and a bunch of your friends wanting to get those beach bodies and want to have a blast in the process? If so, SHRED TILL THE END offers fun, intense, small group training VIA SKYPEanywhere in the country at a place and time that is convenient for you!!

**As with any exercise program, results are strongly dictated by one’s nutrition. Not having the proper Macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) and/or supplements, as well the right portions of them will have an effect on the results you have. **If you are going to train at home via SKYPE, depending on what your individual goals are, you may need to make an additional purchase of bands, a matt and/or dumbbells. These items will also be for sale in our on-line store.
