Nick is a personal trainer/life coach and fitness model who moved to the United States in 2008 from Copenhagen, Denmark. He has a lot of passion for fitness and health and enjoys helping people implement healthy habits to create a higher quality of life.

His involvement in fitness started at 20 years old after he had gained 50 pounds in a relatively short period of time.  He was 230 pounds and decided things needed to change.  He gave up his unhealthy lifestyle and quit smoking cigarettes, cleaned up his diet and started to exercise.

Nick has been hooked ever since and has worked as a personal trainer since 2009.  He takes great pride in helping others change their lives and loves what he does.
