Heather has been an athlete for many years competing as a collegiate swimmer, triathlons, running races, boxing, crossfit and her current obsession – figure and bikini bodybuilding competitions. She coached swim teams for years including a highly competitive high school swim team.

Online contest prep includes a workout program that is specific for the division you will compete in as well as specific to your bodies’ areas of strengths and weaknesses. The cardio and lifting program will change over time to meet those goals. This also includes a suggested cut phase or bulk phase diet which changes to meet goals, a peak week plan, weekly weigh-ins, and unlimited email support. The amount of body fat that you need to lose will dictate the amount of time needed to cut into a show. Your contest prep program can run as long as you like, anywhere from 20 weeks (or even less) up to 1 year. Her knowledge of the bodies physiological processes and the synergy between all of its components is key to help you each step of the way to prevent metabolic damage and excessive weight gain after a show and to support a healthy metabolism for long term participation in the sport of bodybuilding. In-person training session: for those in the twin cities, MN area
Take it and run plan:
This is a one-time complete plan written to your personal goals and lifestyle. You will get a lifting plan, cardio plan and suggested meal plan. This is different from the on-going online personal training plan as it does NOT include the daily or weekly check-ins, changes to your plan or on-going email support.
On-going online training:
Online personal training includes a workout program that changes over time (depending on time frame) to meet individual goals, suggested meal plan, suggested supplements if desired, weekly weigh-ins, and email support. The training can run as long as you like, anywhere from 20 weeks (or even less) up to 1 year. I am here for you every step of the way, right up to VICTORY!
