Ryall Graber | Barbados

Ryall is an IFBB Fitness Pro who has graced the pages of Oxygen and appears seasonally on E! Channel. She is an ambassador for Vitamin Angels, has her own fitness apparel line called 'RyFit',  a Nutrition Coach and mentor to a team of over seventy people globally. You can also find her Supplement Science Articles in Fitness Rx Magazine.
She offers Nutrition Coaching and Training worldwide as well as Vacation Training in Barbados and Cancun(paradise!).
Her philosophy is ‘If you can think it, you can be it’ and her mission is to help people look, feel and be the best they can be!

Posing Coaching

Pose with a Pro and learn the art of posing. In this session you will learn how to pose your body and feel confident on stage to showcase the best possible you.

Fitness Routine Choreography

Have Ryall choreograph your routine, learn how to properly execute mandatory skills, learn new skills and transitions, assist with music selection and improve existing skills and performance. This service is
available 1 on 1 or in a group setting.

Telephone or Skype call with Ryall to discuss your Training, nutrition and/or competition goals.

High Performance Training Program

An on-line, sport integrated, 12-week training program is customized for your current level of fitness, your physique and your performance goals.

Planning:
You will complete a comprehensive fitness, medical and lifestyle assessment. An initial body assessment is completed with photos via email. Ryall will determine weak areas that need specific focus and develop a program that will allow you to showcase your best physique and achieve your fitness goals.

This 12-week training program includes:
1. Three custom designed, high performance training programs
2. Custom designed cardiovascular training programs
3. Scheduled support via email

Assessment:
Ryall personally reviews your progress through scheduled weekly emails. In this email you will be required to send progress photos and your current weight. You will receive a new program every four weeks. Changes are made to your program every 4-6 weeks.

* For optimum results it is advised to compliment your Training Program with a custom
Performance Nutrition Program.

A La Carte Performance Training Program

If you’ve completed an existing Training Program within the last month and want to stay on track Ryall will develop a Program for your unique needs. Your goals are re-assessed and a new month- to-month training program is developed for you.

Beach Blast Training Session

Hit the sand for some boot camp beach training. Get ready to sweat while Ryall takes you through a vigorous work out on the beach. This session incorporates the use of the BOSU Ball, TRX, Kettle Bells and Resistance Bands.

12-week Healthy Lifestyle Nutrition Program

For the individual that wants to obtain improved health, physique and lifestyle. Results are obtained by practicing daily portion control, consuming frequent, low-glycemic meals and enjoying a nutrient dense,
whole food diet. This balanced nutrition approach stimulates a sluggish metabolism and keeps blood sugar levels steady throughout the day. Increased energy, weight loss and an overall sense of well-being are
achieved in the process. Exercise recommendations are made to suit your lifestyle and fitness level.

Your custom program is created for you, with foods you like, to meet your personal health goals.

For the Athlete that requires a more sophisticated approach to nutrition to achieve performance excellence. Nutrition for athletes is an involved science and many factors must be considered to achieve maximum results. This program will allow you to reach your athletic peak quickly by supporting your body with the energy in requires to sustain workouts as well as provide proper nutrition and supplementation for recovery and rest with decreased recovery time. Increased muscle generation and optimum health are achieved in the process.

Nutritional Planning:
You will complete a comprehensive medical, fitness and lifestyle assessment. Based on the results of your individual athlete assessment, a nutritional plan for all phases of training (pre-workout, workout, and
post-workout) is are specifically designed to help meet your individual performance goals.

This program includes:
1. Three Custom Designed Performance Nutrition Plans over 12 weeks
2. Supplement Schedule
3. Initial telephone consultation to review your first Nutrition Program (in person if you live in Barbados)
4. Scheduled weekly support via email
