Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Here is a healthy recipe for sweet potato fries that is easy to make and uses all natural ingredients.


  • 2 pounds Sweet Potato
  • 2 table spoons Olive Oil
  • Seasonings and spices of your choice and to taste.  Some options include:
    • Garlic salt
    • Cayenne pepper
    • Chili powder
    • Ground cumin
    • Paprika
    • Red Pepper


Peel sweet potatoes and cut into bite size french fries.  In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes and olive oil.  Mix well so sweet potatoes are lightly covered in oil.  Then add seasonings and mix again.  Add additional seasonings/spices as desired.  Place sweet potato in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
